He also communicated with us routinely, always answering calls promptly. The installation was excellent; no shortcuts at all - they are perfectionists in the foundation preparations, stone cutting and sloping for proper water draining. I am quite picky in repairs and modifications to our home and Environmental Landscaping certainly exceeded our expectations - they even made a live edge on the bluestone used for the porch area.
