"We called Cook as they have a good reputation and we had work done by them previously. Our cabinets are 20+ years old and a dated natural (?) finish. I just wanted to have them painted and to keep the granite countertops that we installed a few years ago. When Natalie, the kitchen designer saw them she felt that they should be refinished to contrast w the counters---not painted. I am so glad I took her advice. Luis and his crew did a marvelous job.He is a perfectionist and did lots of prep to protect existing surfaces. If he wasn't happy w an area, it was redone.In addition, we had some new drawers and pull outs installed. We are very happy with the result---Luis put a beautiful finish on the cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. With Cook you get professional results at a reasonable price."

"After a very successful bathroom remodel by this company, we sought their assistance with some updating of our kitchen. This particularly involved changing several lower kitchen fixed-shelf cabinets to either drawers or new cabinet fronts behind which large sliding shelves were installed. Dave had any additional fronts made to match the existing cabinetry perfectly in colour, grain, style and profile. The amount, accessibility and ease of use of our kitchen storage was instantly vastly increased. They also installed much needed additional recessed and pantry lighting. While here, we also had them replace old exterior light fixtures and do a couple other needed minor upgrades and repairs. Well there were several issues and Ryan and his crew did a tremendous job fixing them and did it without any drama. The job was delayed an extra week but that is expected when you remodel and run into issues. Ryan and his crew were knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I would highly recommend this company for any job large or small. In fact, I had them return a few weeks later for another job in the den.
