Cleaned up each day before he left. His idea for the shower seat was so much better than what we had before. The shower tile now looks almost new with new grout, cleaned shower pan door tracks. "I really don't know how to judge the price because I didn't talk to any other contractors but it seemed fair, given how hard they worked and how good the result was. <br /> Very good work; the floor looked like new when they were done.  This was my master bath, right next to my carpeted bedroom.  They kept the adjoining area perfectly clean.  They gave me advice about cleaning and maintenance.  They are VERY professional.  P.S. - avoid a honed marble floor in a bathroom you actually intend to use, not worth the maintenance, and if you have one, keep it well sealed. <br /> Date is approximate. "I have used Stanley Steemer 4 times in different parts of the country. I always had great, reliable service from them. I recently called the one in Pleasantville, NJ and they came out on time the next day. The rug cleaning was OK. No big deal. The reasons some spots were not removed was, in their opinion, from a previous rug treatment that used to much soap in their product. I had the hardwood floors cleaned in the high traffic areas of the kitchen and mudroom. It was a disaster and they did a terrible job. They stated that due to a prior floor treatment the floors could not be cleaned correctly after they already were using a machine to clean the floors. As it became apparent that the floor was not done well, time became a big concern. The amount of time it was taking to do the job was an issue for them, not how well the job was done."

Which means 4 man hours.  <br /> Elisha showed up with her team and they started immediately.  I was impressed with how fast they worked and I am very happy with how much they did.  My house admittedly got away from me and the job was probably bigger than they were expecting.  They ended up spending 9 man hours on my rooms but they finished the job.  ( I payed the extra hours at the same rate of $99 for 4 hours ) <br /> I sort of had an idea I would need more hours than I purchased and Elisha confirmed on the phone that if I needed more time that she would stay. <br /> I would definitely use Sparkle again.  Sorry for my house! <br />"
