Everyone who came out was upbeat, professional, punctual, thorough, and highly detailed. Hunter came out first to check the entire foundation and give a free estimate. They then split the work up into two dates, and each crew was great. Michael and James came out first for the initial round, and then Alexander and Gabe came out to wrap up the last few areas. The guys were always on time, which is greatly appreciated. Both repair teams also did their own additional checks of the surrounding areas, also greatly appreciated. They were also able to provide before and after pictures, and were respectful of the property."

"Outstanding professional work........Richard Sarimana was our inspector. He did a very thorough inspection of our residence and furnished a detailed explanation and pricing information of what needed to be done. He ensured that there was a good understanding of the services. We are previous customers of Pacific Coast Termite (PCT) and were very satisfied with their work previously and decided to use them again. PCT called a day before our appointment to remind of our scheduled appointment and Richard called 15 minutes before his arrival at our residence. Richard had excellent customer service skills and exhibited those qualities which you would expect of your employees. The technician who came to our house was Ron. He called prior to arriving and upon arriving, walked me through all of the areas which needed work and thoroughly explained what he was going to do (termite and rodent work), how he was going to do it, why it needed to be done, and inquired if I had any questions. I could not have been more satisfied with his thoroughness. I subsequently referred PCT to other members of my family and fortunately, Ron also serviced their residences. My brother was equally impressed with the extensive work (termite and rodent work) performed by Ron and other PCT employees. With respect to my mother’s residence, when Ron completed his inspection prior to beginning work (rodent work) he told me that there was no work that needed to be done. As a result, the repair work which a previous PCT inspector had furnished did not have to be done and we did not have to spend any funds. Ron’s honesty is certainly atypical and worthy of recognition and a credit to PCT. Request Ron to be assigned as your technician………..you will not have any regrets as you will receive a thorough professional job coupled with an individual who has integrity. As a side note, if you have any questions re bowling, Ron is the go to guy......he gave me some bowling tips which I am anxious to try and hopefully, my scores will benefit."

You can tell that Zach loves his work, and he has a team that invests themselves in the work as if they are working on their own home. Professionalism. Zach and his entire team are incredibly pleasant to work with. Friendly, hard working, dedicated, and skilled. Anytime they finish a project, the clean up is pristine. Zach is also always willing to help with decision making when choices are overwhelming (we have often been in this scenario), but he is very skilled at balancing suggestions with autonomy. Zach has made us feel like a member of his team, and through collaboration we are beyond happy with the choices we've made and the work he and his team has done. I cannot speak highly enough of Zach and his team. His prices are more than reasonable and we have never felt over charged for anything. He and his team have transformed our new home into our dream home, and made the entire experience incredibly pleasant and even fun. It can be hard to find a good contractor. "Joe Lutz Construction is an outstanding, professional, licensed, contractor who serves the Senora and surrounding Foot Hills area. This contractor can build decks, pour concrete, tile, remodel, new construction, and so much more. Joe laid and stamped a concrete walkway for us. During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. <br /> <br /> In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. <br /> <br /> Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job. He has a high level of quality, integrity, and genuine sincerity. He is extremely customer orientated and I would recommend him to everyone."
