We had some unexpected issues arise and Glen was able to really give us peace of mind. He and his crew adjusted schedules, stayed extra hours, and really went the extra distance to make sure they got everything completed to our liking. "Great service tech. replaced a capacitor and got us up and got us running. Cleaned the unit as well. Joined the Shamrock Club. WATCH OUT FOR THE FREE PLUMBING INSPECTION!! Was an excuse to try and sell us a new hot water system for $10,500.00. Service is good ... say no to Plumbing Inspection"
