"Dealing with United Stone Works was a dream compared to other vendors on my Kitchen remodel.  <br /> Curt came to my house one day after I called and gave me an estimate. Curt was very courteous and professional and continued to keep in contact with me throughout the process.I went to their stone yard and picked my slab.  They were nice enough to give me an extra piece so I could shop for other things to go with it.  <br /> One day after the cabinet install they were out to measure. Eight days later I had the counter and so was only without a sink for 8 days. <br /> Some of my friends have waited 3 weeks to get their counters. <br /> An added plus was that I bought my sink from Doc Savange Supply and they delivered it to United Stone Works free of charge so that when they came they brought and installed the sink as well.  Lowes would have charged $75 to deliver the sink to the counter top company. <br /> The counter measured an additional 4 ft. from the estimate because I had a bigger back splash and window sill put in.  They did not charge me any extra for this. <br /> The workman who did the install were great. <br /> All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a granite counter top. <br />"

"In November, we were gathering estimates on granite counter tops for our kitchen. My husband was struggling with our old cast iron sink in the front of the house when a neighbor, who was passing by, stopped to assist. After introductions, my husband noticed that Abel's truck had "Sandia Marble" on the side so he asked if they did countertops. Abel came in and did an estimate for us. By the beginning of December, after comparing several other companies' estimates and available reviews, we we decided to use Sandia Marble. Our date to begin installation was set for December 22. In the meantime, Ramon scheduled with us to do the templates -- professional and friendly. <br /> <br /> We expected the job to span 2-3 days. On December 22 our crew, Carlos, Raul and Alfredo, arrived to take out the countertops. They had pulled in an extra crew member to assist. Ramon, our template maker, stopped in to see that things were going well. The crew were courteous, proficient, and efficient. The crew laid out tarp as a walkway to the door and vacuumed and cleaned as they worked. To our surprise, they started bringing in countertops even as the demolition continued.  They intended to finish IN ONE DAY! And, they did! It is Christmas Eve. I've had a day to put my kitchen back together and today, to my surprise, I am up to my elbows cooking posole, pie and tortillas for our traditional Christmas Eve. As the chief cook and chef, I am in kitchen heaven. Thank you for a job that exceeded expectations in quality, comfort and timing. <br />"

Steve went above-and-beyond in terms of allowing us to select our granite slabs and store them for several months until we moved into our home, even letting us swap them out for others when we saw pieces we liked even more. After we informed them that the cabinetry was in place, they came out promptly to measure the space. It took just a couple of days to fabricate the countertops, and they were back out to install. Communication was quick and professional at each step, the craftsman were hard-working and personable, clean-up was thorough. Top-notch company; we are very happy with the outcome.
