"I hired A-P Floors to remove the carpeting in my living room and hall and refinish my oak floors, Sam had redone the oak flooring at a house I had just sold so I saw his work and when I got ready to do the same thing in my home I called him. Sam gave me a competitive price and arrived right on time on the day he promised. The work was hard but Sam and his crew knew what to do and completed the job in 2 days. They worked efficiently together and the completed work exceeded my expectations. My floor is absolutely beautiful! "We were very impressed with both Kramer and Eric. We needed a step down room (popular in the 70's) leveled to match the other rooms, and new flooring laid in 75% of the home. They did an excellent job! What impressed me the most, they realized as they were taking up the old flooring that the concert underneath was very uneven. They could have just laid the floor and not said anything as had been done before, but they didn't. They took the time to show us how uneven the floor was and to explain how over time the flooring could gradually separate (which was happening in current flooring). They suggested using leveling concrete to alleviate the issue. They came across a couple more issues and gave us the options of how to fix. I was impressed with the ethic Kramer and Eric have. They only wanted to do the very best work and it was top quality. We will definitely hire them again. We are making a new list right now!!!"

"Everything went perfectly! Jonas and his assistant arrived on time and moved large furniture out of the room and removed the existing carpet. Every day the work area was left clean and organized. At the finish all large items were put back. Jonas has a great understanding of wood look ceramic tile and an eye for detail. For example, the tile we used had different colors and patterns, Jonas noticed that there was one tile pattern that would have stuck out if he used it too much. Also the wood tile floors need to be put in closer together than traditional tile to get the right look. On top of the work on the living room floor which was excellent. Jonas did a few other things like fixing a tile that had popped up on a different floor, extra grouting on an existing tile floor that had holes in the grout, fixing a step and even a latch on a gate that we had been neglecting to fix."
