This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"I have a flat roof and was mis-lead by another major roofing company in the Valley as to when the re-coating of the roof needed to be completed. Following their recommendation I waited to have the roof recoated and contacted the company to have the work completed. When they came out to start the work I was informed that the estimate of $2,200.00 was now going to cost $10,000.00 because I waited too long to have the roof recoated. When I mentioned this to the sales person that I waited based on his recommendation he did not respond. Needless to say I did not go with them. My sister's have used Germany roofing for both of their tile roofs and did an excellent job at a fair price.
