In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. "Harry had the most reasonable quote to take out the tub and install a shower pan for a walk in shower. He did the tear out one day and installed the pan the next day. A day later he stopped by to inspect the job. He found something he didn't like and replaced the shower pan with a new one at no additional cost. A true craftsman and a gentleman to boot."

Have contacted four different staff members who have said they want to help and will put me in touch with someone, but not followed through. Disappointing after an initial great start with the sales person and office team. But once the three-day contract cancellation window was over they went MIA"
