"Devin and his Critter Inspector crew are professional and knowledgeable. After inspecting various areas in our home, Devin clearly explained what needed to be done, showed photos of the damage, and answered all our questions. Damaged insulation was removed, attic was cleaned and deodorized, repellents were applied, and insulation reinstalled. Entry points in attic and around the home were sealed. We had complete confidence in Devin and his team; they worked quickly and efficiently. We are pleased with the results. Highly recommended."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"They done an extremely good job, we was very pleased and would hire them again to do our work. If you need a roof or remodeling or just anything, I would highly recommend him."
