"Overall- Good Quality - Excellent Installation & Professional I m writing my review 30 days after the installation of my windows. Excellent with the installation. Antonio and his crew were very professional and thoughtful. Antonio stated that he had 18 years of experience and it was evident. He doubled checked everything before starting- my windows, the new windows and measurements - 17 windows replaced. They worked quietly with minimal interruptions. They cleaned up very well-no mess left behind. I had gotten 2 estimates before choosing HomeFix. The price range was about the same. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted with much effort. Their product had a silver glaze in the windows that I liked. Mark and Max are salesmen. They used every technique to land the job. I insisted that I nor my neighbors should be hassle by their sale pitch bc they are seniors primarily. As of date, none has shared being hassled by HomeFix. My only concern is that my price went up slightly after installation, the windows were as quiet as I desired and the sealant took a long time to dry and i was left to put my shades back up bc of the drying time. Also, I have bars on the basement window in which Mark told me that they would remove and replace upon completion. Antonio did not have to remove the bars yet was able to install the windows. I hope that will not be an issue for me in the long term. Overall, I m enjoying the windows. They look great. I really like the silver glaze as it add a bit of a tent to the windows. Thank you."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Blue Ridge Carpentry did the original deck work using wood, so it made sense to use them again to replace the wood with synthetic decking since they already knew the design of the deck and what would be needed. I was able to get a quote on materials from another lumber provider, but Kevin was able to get the same quote from a more local provider. The work included removal and carry off of the old wood decking material and replacement with the synthetic decking. The finished product looks great!"

"Overall, we are really happy with our new roof, and it was a wonderful job. AHC replaced the entire roof, skylights and gutters and overall they did a great job. Work was completed in one day for the roof and skylights. The crew was very efficient and did a great clean up of the entire site before they left. The next day, the gutters were replaced by another crew in a half day's work and they also did a great job and clean up before they left. They also made a change I requested when we did the final walk around inspection. My only concern about the roof work is that I was not consulted about the original plywood that was replaced, at an added cost. I was home at the time but was not shown any photos of damaged plywood or given any explanation as to why this sheet was replaced, but another one next to it was not. I thought that since this was an extra cost I should have been part of that decision process."
