"Randy and the install crew did a fine job of insulating my garage walls. The price was reasonable, the crew arrived on time and they did the job exactly as specified. They even did a little extra with some insulation left over from the job. I highly recommend this company."

"Very professional. On time and communicated with me prior to the bat insulation removal and install of what was going to happen (i.e. first clean up crew, and then second crew showing up to finish the project). They also did an effective clean up after the installation and explained the assessment done prior to install and after installation. The job took longer than estimated, and that was because the estimate incorrect, so they had to wait for additional insulation to be delivered. But because it was their error, they did not charge me for the extra insulation. I would definitely recommend them in the future."

"After making substantial upgrades to our home, including roof replacement, complete exterior painting, and deck installation, among others, the installation of insulation throughout our home was, by far, the smoothest and most cost-efficient improvement done to our home. Jonathan and Nathan, the O'Shields brothers, truly care about their product and service. Upon first meeting them, they may seem young, but their knowledge in their field and their work ethic is exceptional. It is without hesitation that I recommend Double O Insulation. Theirs is the level of service that should be a benchmark for those who work in any type of home improvement business."

"We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. I never felt like I was a burden and she always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. The complete team with Sunoro were professional and eager to help. Satisfied with new solar system and looking forward to enjoying savings on electric bills.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I found a special on Angie's List for air duct & dryer vent cleaning.  I purchased a home built in 1989 and the Seller told me that he had never had the dryer vent cleaned. I thought I would take advantage of the discounted service and Scott Fountain came out and did a great job.  What really impressed me the most was the things that he did outside of what I had paid for.  Upon examining the furnace Scott found that the filter was not only dirty but 4 inches shorter that it should have been.  He told me what size to get and sent me to Home Depot to get the correct size and installed it for me.  When he moved the dryer out to clean the dryer vent the hose  was spilt and lint had been flying everywhere in the laundry room.  He sent me to Home Depot again to get a new hose and he installed it for me but first he vacuumed the laundry room as it was a mess.  He was prompt, professional, and a very nice man. I immediately felt a difference in the air flow in the rooms.
Because the furnace is the original furnace he recommended D. McKeon Heating & Air who came out the following Wednesday and installed a filter rack so that I could change the filter easier. They also cleaned out the evaporator coil and blew out the drain lines.  I would also recommend them as well.
