That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved: Angela who scheduled the initial visit and installation, Joe who came out and took the door measurements, Randy and the other installer (sorry, I don't remember his name), and Bill the installation manager who came out to address the lock problem I had with the door.
NOTE: Before installer leaves make sure you can lock & unlock the door with and without the key, and that you can remove the key once the deadbolt is in the locked position. Don't just hold the door open & try it; actually close the door and make sure everything works. This will save you a lot of problems.

"The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.

He explained everything that was needed to get my garage door up and running after my neighbor crashed into it. He listened well then explained what needed to be done. It was like talking to a good friend you trust. He was straight forward and the price was RIGHT!!! They arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. "I had a Provia exterior front door installed. The installation was done very well. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the glass in the door. It looks like some debris are trapped between the glass panes. The contractor is coming out to inspect this."
