He was very patient, and made sure I felt my questions were thoroughly addressed. Everybody on the team was great to work with, very professional, always friendly and polite, including Alejandra in the office, who kept me updated with emails. The work started at an earlier date than was estimated and was completed in less days as well, including the replacement and installation of the gutters with leaf filters.
