He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. "I called the expert team of hometown restoration to replace my old roof as the rainy season was coming, and I wanted to avoid those leakages on my roof. Irritating! But searching for the ideal team to repair my roof was more than annoying. My friend recently took the service of hometown restoration to fix their roof issues and got a fantastic output. So, I decided to call their experts and speak about all the problems I was facing. Firstly, they inspected the roof condition and then suggested to us the most efficient and reliable solution. It was a good suggestion, and we received a high-quality shingle. If we needed roofing again on our house, I would call them! Truly a great experience to work with them!"

"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"I cannot say enough good things about Milton and the crew at Peachtree. We noticed a leak from our roof on a Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, Milton had come to the house, taken photos, inspected the leak, and had us on a path to repair. By the following Monday, the roof was patched--at no up front cost to us-- and Nick, the adjuster, was taking care of scheduling with USAA for the insurance inspection. The rest of the process went smoothly as everything was handled by the Peachtree crew. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all, though we were kept in the loop and we saw all the inspection reports. Peachtree advocated for our whole roof to be replaced as repair would have been inadequate. They also upgraded some hardware items (pipe boots) at no charge as our original ones had also led to damage inside the house. Speaking of that, Nick was able to have the inside damage caused by the boots repaired and paid for as well even though we hadn’t noticed it initially. Both exterior and interior repairs were carried out on schedule and we are pleased with the results. Milton was onsite during both days of the roof job to answer questions and oversee the progress. I would highly recommend Milton and his team. I am pleased with how easy the process was on my side and our house looks great."
