He provided the most detailed estimate of any of the contractors which included descriptions and materials for each phase of work. The crew was very diligent during the project and performed a daily cleanup of all waste material, etc. All of the copper work is done on site and the team provided picture updates of the various stages of work. "We had S & E Roofing replace our roof four years ago, in 2013. To match the shingles on our upper roof, he used IKO brand shingles. The shingles turned out to be defective. After three years they began curling badly, most likely because they never sealed. I contacted Tim Cone and requested he come out and take a look. He did and agreed they had failed. Tim submitted the warranty claim for us, with samples and photographs, and said he would honor the warranty regardless of IKO's decision. Last week he completely replaced the roof, tearing off the defective shingles and replacing everything. The roofers were professional, courteous, and took their time to do the job correctly. Clean up was thorough. We are still waiting to hear from IKO. If you're re-roofing your house and you want someone who has integrity and honors their promises, S & E Roofing is your best bet."

David was prompt in visiting and quoting and very detailed about the work to be done. a large section of old flat roof was repaired several months and EVEN AFTER RECECENT HEAVY rains, NO LEAKS! I've had the same areas repaired several times by "cheap" part time roofers and wasted my money. didn't pay a lot and got nothing for it other than more leaks. APR knows what they're doing and has the right equipment to repair a DIFFICULT OLD roof + flashing, etc. Their workers were very detailed and professional + cooperative about some little stuff I pointed out while they were working that were also patched.
