On our first house Rocael completely remodeled our 1950's bathroom and did great tile work. On our second house he added a small deck for our grill which looks great and a fence/gate. He also remodeled our entire basement. Installing new drywall and insulation, new exterior/interior doors, new bathroom remodel (with excellent tile work) - Did duct work, and demo entire existing plaster ceiling and replaced it with drywall and added can lights. Created a nook under the stairs with great wood work, and also a great paint job throughout. The tile work was beautiful and well done. The rebuild took a day less than we had planned. He even helped connect us with an electrician and repaired the cuts in the drywall done by the electrician. He and his team were amazingly nice. James went above and beyond. Will hire again for future jobs!"

"Smithwright has contacted me and will be calling me on Monday, May 27 to let me know when he might be able to start. We have gone back and forth via email so that he understand what is needed. As stated, he called Monday and asked if I was available the next day at 9am to have the maintenance performed which was perfect. He called Tuesday morning before 9 to inform me he was running a bit late and would be there between 9:30 and 10. He arrived as promised. We discussed the maintenance to be perfomed including what I was interested in and he evaluated the door and issues and recommended the weatherstripping but stated the sweep was still in decent shape, so I agreed to only the weather stripping. He went to the local Lowes to pick up the necessary materials and returned in reasonable time and began. It took a little over an hour. I reviewed the work and it appeared to be a good job. Bill asked if I had considered a storm door which I stated I had recently. He stated he usually charges for a minimum of two hours but gave me a discount which was appreciated. The entire job cost $193 (including materials). Considering the cost, job quality, and customer service; I would definitely hire Smithwright again for any handyman type work."

Our interior doors were also replaced with new door frames/molding. The painting for the new doors, trim, and surrounding drywall repair looked like a magazine when the work was completed. They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. They did an excellent job installing carpet in 4 units. They had to move a lot of furniture in the units and nothing was broken. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again."
