"Met with Bini, told him I wanted to replace my broken historical fence with an identical one and have a matching gate made. He said it would be ready within a week. I called once during that time to get a sketch of the gate and didn't receive a call back but I later learned Bini had a family obligation out of town. I only mention that because he didn't delay or even bother me with his personal business but rather arranged to have my fence and gate installed by someone else within the time he promised and then called *from abroad* to make sure I was happy with the job, which I was (and am). It's sturdy, looks great, and Bini made it and had it installed quickly and with absolutely no fuss. I'd use him again, for sure."
