"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. Basir came to my home with various floor samples, took measurements, and provided an estimate with cost effective suggestions and a detailed project timeline schedule. As outlined in the project timeline schedule, materials were delivered and the project was completed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough great things about the work crew that worked on my project. The assigned work crew was extremely professional, possessed incredible technical knowledge and delivered superior quality work. They arrived and left as scheduled daily and made sure all work areas were cleaned and tools neatly stored. In addition, I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the crew and their ability to reassembled our furniture from every room to the exact location without our assistance. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). "I originally called Third Generation to give me a quote on a partial master bath remodel. Robert and Christina came to the house together and gave me some good advice on what needed to be done and a ballpark figure for the work. They also explained that they flipped houses and had trusted people who could do whatever else I wanted to have done in the house and could do it fast. Shortly thereafter, my circumstances changed and I decided to do a full master bath gut and remodel along with a long list of things I had wanted or needed to do for years. Robert gave what I considered a fair quote for my VERY long list of jobs and had people on site within days of signing the contract. Everyone working the job was pleasant, hard-working, and highly skilled. I felt very comfortable with all of them and had no reservations about having them in my house when I wasn't there. The whole job took about 8 weeks but 2 to 3 weeks of that was because a special-order vanity arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered, delaying the completion of the new master bath. I am delighted with the job(s) done by Third Generation. My master bath is gorgeous, my laundry room is now attractive instead of an eyesore, and a long list of "I hate that"s has been turned into "I love that"s. For the amount of work I had done and the range of different types of work involved, the speed of completion, even with the delay caused by the defective vanity, was really impressive.
