Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us. "Joe our service person responded to our request and came out to inspect our roof early the next morning. He explaned what our current problems are and also what we can expect in the future. He did not try to sell us on a new roof. He only suggested the repairs to the areas where we are currently getting a leak and to other areas that are about to start leaking.
