He ensured that a few days prior to the fence work, the city's/county's utility people came to the site and marked the utilities' locations. On the day of the fence replacement, his workers arrived on time. After a few hours, the new fence was installed. In terms of material and appearance, it matched the previous fence perfectly, which was in keeping with the HOA's requirements. Cesar is a professional, and it was our pleasure to work with him. We would definitely hire his company again."

"I am very happy with the job. The salesperson, Kevin, was on time and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing. He gave me the Angieslist discount, too, which actually made the price a little bit less that the other 2 quotes I had received. Due to all the recent bad weather, they were backed up a little bit on installations, and it might be 3 or 4 weeks before they could get to me. He was right on the mark - installation was exactly 4 weeks later! While I wish it could have been sooner, it's not the company's fault the weather's been so awful. Kevin measured and marked where our new fence would be, and about 2 weeks later one of the foremen came out to double check the markings. Very thorough. I found the office staff to be friendly and considerate. Dottie called to schedule installation a week ahead, and I picked one day, only to realize a few minutes later that I needed a different day, so I called back to switch, and she was more than happy to accommodate me. On installation day, the crew arrived about 45 minutes earlier than scheduled, which to some may be an inconvenience, but I loved it, because it meant my fence would be done sooner! Jason and Daniel were A+. They were both extremely polite and communication was excellent during the install. They were efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned up the extra dirt from digging for the new poles. There was a third man here for part of the morning (he delivered the new fencing supplies and hauled away the old), but unfortunately I didn't get his name, or I'd give him a shout out, too. There was a small glitch in that I had ordered and paid for an upgraded gate latch but only received a standard latch. They could not replace the latch that day, because they didn't have one with them, but I said as long as I wasn't charged for the upgraded latch I didn't get, I was fine with the one they installed. Jason said he would alert the office, but also said I should call, so I did. Once again, staff was very polite. They took my information, and then a few minutes later, Francisco called. He apologized for the error and said they would adjust my bill. I received a corrected contract from Kevin a few hours later, but he said they will send me an invoice for the corrected amount (so I didn't even have to pay the balance that same day!) It was nice to deal with such an efficient, honest, polite company, and the new fence looks fabulous. I would definitely use Fence & Deck Connection again."

"Representative was very friendly and made an appointment to come to our home to put together an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about fencing, materials, etc. I was impressed with the sample materials that he brought to demonstrate the quality of their product. He also explained that, since they do things the right way, their company's estimate would undoubtedly be higher than the others I would receive. Fair enough--I appreciated being told upfront. I also understand that you get what you pay for. But, everything in life is a cost-benefit analysis. After assuring the rep we would be in contact once we made a decision, he stated that he definitely would not be hassling me to pressure me into going with his company. As it turns out, of the many companies that I reached out to, this rep kept badgering me with more and more messages. Other companies might send one or two follow up emails, but this guy was persistent! Even after gently informing him that it is simply not in our budget (their quote was $3700 more than two of the lower bids we received), he would still send messages telling me how our fence wouldn't last since we are going with a subpar company. I have no doubt they do excellent work, but they also need to respect that customers are going to request multiple quotes and not everyone is able to go with their company"

Nino was extremely prompt in coming out to provide an estimate and was the best of four estimates we received. His team’s attention to detail and professionalism really does stand out above the the many contractors we have hired over the years. They are prompt, courteous, extremely hardworking and respectful of any installation concerns or questions you may have on game day. We had a generator being installed the same day and had to slightly deviate from the original plan, but the foreman provided pragmatic options, one of which was quickly implemented with no problem. "It was an absolute pleasure working with DanDale Fence. The experience was pleasurable from start to finish. The salesmen Ryan was very thorough in his presentation and didn't hesitate to answer questions when asked about the product. Every point that he touched on we personally experienced from a No-Name contractor from Lowe's. The quality of the vinyl fence that was presently there was leaning and had gaps between the panels. Some of the post were not not secured in the ground and the DanDale workers brought it to our attention. We are very pleased with the new vinyl fence that we have and though it may have been a little pricey it was well worth it. It even came with a 5 year warranty of which we never had from our previous vinyl fence installer. Excellent job by an excellent and professional crew. I would highly recommend DanDale to those who want a true professional to install their fence."
