"Easy to install and set up. Simply Safe has good customer service. Simply safe is a good alarm system. It works well. The Siren is loud. The only thing I'd like to see changed is to upgrade the door chimes. They are very hard to hear, even 20-30 feet away. I'd like to be able to hear the chime alerts from anywhere in my average sized home. I had to go to home depot to buy separate door chimes that I could hear ."

"From planning to install to final turn on all went extremely well. They even recommended a roofer prior to installation in order to replace the the tar paper. I would highly recommend doing this prior to putting in solar especially if your roof is 20+ yrs old. Baker Solar was extremely flexible with appointments and even finished the job days earlier than expected. The system was even turned on remotely so I didn't have to be home. Now I'm generating power and getting credits for my Electric portion of my SDG&E bill. Very happy with the overall process. I would definitely recommend and hire in an instant in the future.
