They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it. "I wanted to remodel our in ground pool. When I called them, Al, owner came next day, gave me quote. I decided to ask him to proceed, then they started to work on 2days later. They did pretty good job for all work and it is done in 4 weeks. Al was constantly giving me updates with progress. I wanted to add little extra work. And Al took care of it with no extra charge. Overall, they did good job, and our 30yrs old pool became brand new one. Thank you Al."

Noah is like your best friend from high school that you haven't seen for years we had lots of conversation about the job and life. "I bought a $49 estimate for a 3D design on Angie's List. The estimator came on time and he said he would email me the design. He never did email me the design. Supposedly he sent it to the wrong email address. That was mid January 2013. He could have mailed it to my home but never received it. Decided to go with a different contractor. The rep who came to our house did not want to listen to our ideas and insisted on his own. We did not like his ideas as to how to go about the renovation. Someone from the company called 2 weeks later and promised to refund the $49 but never did. Will never buy designs again. What for when other companies offer free ones."

After reading a not so good  review I had some apprehension in letting Steve  bid on my project. In retrospect I would have missed out greatly. From the inception he was not only personable and knowledgeable but was also candid in exploring cost effective options on the remodel of my pool. I had gotten half a dozen estimates and fallen in the trap of "what kind of budget are we looking at?". He came in 5K under the lowest bid worked timely and never played me. He left me with a beautiful pool my kids could not wait to enjoy. As projects of the caliber evolved one is always leery of the unforeseen additional cost for ???  that did not happen here he was true to our agreement. In fact he included upgrades at no additional cost. A welcomed relief when dealing with contractors. I recommend him without reservation.
