David did a thorough inspection, explained everything, answered our questions, and even told us that we didn’t need certain work that we thought we needed. He was very honest, polite and personable, and gave us a fair quote with some options without being pushy. Luis and his crew began the work two days later. They were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Luis explained how the project would be done and shared progress photos with me along the way. He even curtained off the area around the attic ladder to contain any waste and cleaned up everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who is considering their services."

"This is the most negligent contractor I've dealt with in my life. They suggested to not be home for our attic insulation since we have a newborn at home which I appreciated. They seemed careful and thoughtful in the sales process which is why I ended up picking them for our project. However, when it came time for the job they were reckless with security and safety. Before the job I sent multiple notes via text and email, and had a phone call asking them to contact me at the end of each day so I could set the alarm and lock the doors remotely. Day one they didn't do this. I sent another ask to please be mindful of this so I could keep our home secure. Day 2 they did not do this again, and ended up leaving our front door wide open which triggered a burglar alarm at 2am requiring us to deal with the security company and police throughout the night. Afterwards it took days for anyone to reply. They lacked empathy or ownership for how negligent their team was. I would not recommend working with these people. Mistakes happen, but the response to these mistakes was almost as bad as their dangerous actions themselves."

"The handyman, Paul, was punctual, professional and did quality work. He replaced the small section of my wood soffit that had water damage with new wood, painted it and caulked. He cleaned up the area when he was done. Paul also re-secured several of my window shutters that had loose screws. He spray painted the screw caps to match the color of my shutters. "

"It went really well. Robert Carroll really knows his stuff. Hire this guy. I say that without reservation of any kind. Don't look any further, believe me, I did. This is the smartest guy. He is honest, dependable, offers fair pricing, and his team can do all the work. I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic. The attic fan could run all day, but without air to move, it would not do any good. Only Robert noticed this and offered a solution to fix the problem! I asked some of the other A+ companies if they would vent the soffits and they all said they don't do that work, but they would be happy to add more insulation, which would not fix the problem if the attic was not vented."
