So, I was really happy that the team at 1st and Goal Pest & Animal Control was on point to remove the nest and eliminate the Hornets from our backyard. Ant this was no small task as the nest was upwards of 30 feet hanging form a branch. They came up with an innovative approach using a long extension pole and swatting the nest off the branch. I assume that they did the job I hired them to do, but since I did not get on a ladder to check my gutters, I don't know what kind of job they did on a 2500 square foot house in 10 minutes. "The company respond quickly to my Angie's list request for a quote. I did remind them of the 5% discount for Angie members. The amount quoted was then lowered. I really appreciated how the representative took time to check with his manager to ensure I was given the lower amount. I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected. This should me that the company will take steps to make sure their customers are treated with the most highly respect and professionalism. Orlando called before he came and was very pleasant and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hornets. He explained about the difference kinds and their behavior habits. Hopefully, the hornets will not come back and if they do I will not hesitate to hire Pointe Pest control again."

They know the latest EPA rules for spraying that doesn't hurt human beings and pets. These guys are up on it and it's just as good. These guys get awards. I had some problems with big crows and robins, but the Cooper guys told me about cellophane streamers that are red on one side and silver on the other. Just pin them up above the windows and the wind makes them shimmy and it's very distracting to them, so the birds don't come anymore. They said they're hitting the windows because they see their reflection in the glass and think it's a predator so they attack it. You hear a big "bang" and they keep coming back."

"Called Lethal and explained I needed someone to come to our new home to treat the home for pest control along with checking a hole we had in the backyard and were not sure if we had a critter living in it or not. They arranged for someone to come to our home a day later to treat the exterior of the home for pest control and check the hole for any movement. The person they sent was on time and very nice explaining what he was doing and also explained how they will come out every couple of months to treat the exterior of our home. We are very happy with the treatment and they were nice enough to check the hole for movement and did not charge us since they did not believe an animal was living in the hole. We will be using them in the future for our treatments for pest control for our home."
