"The company responded immediately and came out within a couple of days (this wasn't an emergency call). Everyone involved in the call was courteous and professional. Toilets are fixed. It has been difficult to get service people to respond about small jobs but Hays treated this job like it was worth their while even though only a service call. We really appreciated that and if bigger plumbing projects come up, will definitely call Hays again. <br />"
