"I contacted Geno and recieved a prompt call back from him regarding my gutter issue. I explained that my 70' long gutter was loose on one side and I could not fix it for the life of me. Geno showed up the next day with a very professional and well kept Mercedes sprinter van full of every possible tool he could need. Geno was quick to get to work and within minutes he was up on the roof looking at the issue. I even had to walk down the street to get my son and he patiently waited for me to return when the bus ended up being late. Geno also made a very good recommendation on my gutter guards and that I should consider going with an alternate brand that resisted pooling water against the house. His advice was not pushy, he was upfront and direct about pricing. Geno is now my siding/roof/gutter contractor. If I have any issues in the future he will get my business without hesitation."

"TL:DR: Same day visit and same day repair...unheard of customer service. They are hands down my first call for roof and exterior work going forward. These guys are the real deal. I've owned several homes, and rental properties and dealt with many companies, I can spot the good ones pretty quick and they blew my expectations away. They didn't ask me my email, phone number, work schedule, wife's work schedule, etc. all to say they can't get there for a week to even look at it. Someone actually did that. They said we'll try to get someone out, called back and confirmed someone could come out, messaged me just before he was arriving, and they were there within 3 hours (granted I got lucky with the schedule), but they came same day! We looked at the problem, a blown off shingle cap, and he repaired it on the spot with my spare shingles. Then he caulked little problem spots all around the roof, blew leaves off the roof and from under solar panels, cleaned up and charged me a super reasonable amount. I am so thankful. I have literally never had a better service experience. Kind, considerate, quick and reasonable to get the work needed completed. I feel so much better going to bed without a gap in the shingles. This company does work the way it should be done, takes care of their customers. They are a rarity in this world and we need to recognize and cherish that kind of professionalism and decency that is so hard to find."
