He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I contacted Jimmy about repairing an error on my dishwasher. I received a phone call less than 24 hours after making the request through Home Adviser. Jimmy was very nice on the phone and extremely pleasant. I set up the appointment for the next day. Unfortunately I travelling on business so I wasn't home when Jimmy arrived. I was told by my son that Jimmy spent about 15-20 minutes looking at the dishwasher and left. When I tried contracting Jimmy for an update, I received no reply. Overall the problem was never corrected. And I was never charged for the visit. Nevertheless, it would have been nice if he simply said I'm not familiar with the brand of appliance or a return phone call. When it comes to specific appliances, I think I will stick with the manufacture service repair and rely on Home Advisor for other services."

I don't remember any suggestions to having my chimney checked for any blockages( of which I have now learned later could be the source of my problem) before purchasing a new gas furnace). He did not spend any time talking about what furnaces they sell or installation prices - which was good because I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything). On hindsight, I wished that he had pulled out the burner and checked for any dirty ports, etc. (which the utility company used to do whenever I needed service) as part of the diagnostic labor.) He did spend the time allotted as per the Angie's list deal. I did request an estimate for a new gas furnace of which he provided 2 days later. I must say their response time was excellent - After I paid for the Angie's list deal (on a Saturday-12/10/16), their company called me no more than 15 mins later plus I was able to get an appointment on that Monday (12/12/16)!! The tech/salesperson was polite and professional."
