"Geno gave us the best price in a well documented estimate. After many rainy days, work finally started. The old roof (2 layers) had to come off. That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. They cared enough to point out to me the necessity to change my gutter in a sensitive area and repairs water damage on the exterior. With that task done so well, we discovered cracks on the steps and landing which they were able to remedy in no time for a very fair price and very cleanly. "As in my previous review with my first house, HGE roof and gutters comes highly recommended! Especially for anyone who has had to contend with contractor "ghosting"! In our experience, HGE "hit it out of the park" on the my first and then again on the second house a week later! The professionalism and workmanship of the roofing and gutter team, was top of the line. They wrapped up in a couple of days, fulfilling on their promised - "turn-around", delivering a high quality roof and gutter system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results at both homes! Where we did have an issue, HGE's Project Coordinator Emily D. owned the problem through to resolution! There was some driveway damage when the dumpster was delivered at the second home. And when I sent the picture to Emily D. she jumped on it and over a few weeks, coordinated between the dumpster and asphalt companies until repair was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. In summary, it was truly a pleasure to meet with Matt C. for the preliminary assessment and contracting for both projects.
