"Bait and Switchers. DO NOT RELY ON AN ON AN QUOTE FOR JOB THEY HAVEN"T SEEN! IN PERSON. I gave three electricians very explicit information to bid a job. Offered New Dawn opportunity to come make in person quote but they said they didn't need to. Two of three were very close but I picked New Dawn based on these reviews. I paid a $500 deposit and waited several weeks for the service and paid for someone ($200) to be at my house to meet them this morning. Technicians showed up and said they didn't have what was required to do project and "project was out of scope of quote because it required conduit". They were told up front verbally and in text exchanges conduit was required. In fact the text said "Conduit Obviously!". Spoke to Kelly who was one of the owners who confirmed she researched and saw the text exchange and notes but said the person who gave the quote had made an incorrect assumption and that they would not honor the quote and they would have to give me a new quote. When I challenged that (nicely) she hung up on me. Typical Florida scammers."

Communication and feedback during installation was exceptional. The work area was kept clean during the installation(s) and after the completion of the work. Overall, the level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Eric and his assistant made for a smooth, high quality installation and a very satisfied customer. They have my highest recommendation should you have a similar audio-video need. Thank you gentlemen! "

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"Hello Luis, while it is understandable that the "post hurricane" requests for help are numerous - it would be nice to have a call back at the very least as to status. This after paying you $400 for pulling a permit. 2 or more weeks and no contact! Thus this bad review. Update as of 02/20/2025 I have another review on this site, I could not access it because of the inept ways that the folks on development and website management team built this platform... I digress... the previous Review was not good toward Lee Electric... This review is an update. Luis E the owner was very receptive to assisting us in our time of need post Hurricane's Helene and Milton, however due to some unforeseen challenges we were not able to utilize his services. I am giving the 4 stars for his prompt attention to the matter of a refund for services that could not be rendered."

"The company was hired to install a one car garage door. The installer drilled 8 holes from the outside of the structure toward the interior of the garage. He drilled 1 hole from the interior of the garage completely through to the outside of the house. He left puddles of lubricant on the floor. The company said the guy made a mistake, no big deal. I do not recommend this company. I drew circles around the holes for better viewing."
