"Awesome! Mike is very responsive and professional. He is honest and upfront. The job was completed as expected and it looked great. This is a sunroom that was initially built by Signature Specialty Contractors approximately 10 years ago. It is in great conditions and just needed a few areas caulked. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have a screen enclosure or sunroom built."

" We were extremely fortunate that the main office sent Yurii to us for the work we needed done. He was professional, courteous and did beautiful work. His attention to detail and an immaculate cleanup were especially appreciated by me. Thank you Yurii and Susan Mary Lou"

"Exterior Comforts did a great job coming through on our project. Promises made pre project are scary nowadays, but Taylor took on the project manager role as he said he would and earned our faith along the way as they delivered on those promises. I work in an environment where we get asked frequently for all sorts of recommendations and I take those recommendations very serious as we become associated with who we recommend. That being said, I would have no problem recommending Exterior Comforts to anyone based on quality and more importantly the professionalism that comes with it. Pro's pros aren't easy to find, but I believe they have it in spades."

"I KNEW it was a small job. I contacted 5 gutter companies. For 4 of them, either the job was too small, their minimum was 15', or they never responded to my calls/emails! 2Guys was GREAT! Leroy contacted me almost immediately. I told him what I needed, sent a few photos, and THE NEXT DAY, Wayne was there to perform the installation. Polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was in-line with my budget. I would hire them again!"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Riverview, FL

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
