They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. "Old unit was not working and could not be repaired.  The sales rep. explained several options and stated pros and cons.  I chose the high efficient unit.  It has been an excellent choice.  It uses very little salt and provides soft water as advertized.  The installation of the new unit and removal of the old was done without any mess as care was taken by the workers.  All representatives were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Once the salt was removed from the old container, an Aqua Systems representative came the next day after my call to remove it from my basement. "

I was concerned about higher rates on a Sunday, but Dennis told me that Michigan Plumbing does not charge extra for weekends. Dennis was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent time checking all of the bathrooms and drains and after flushing two other toilets further down the drain run was able to clear up a blockage which was causing an air pocket. He saved us from what could have been an expensive repair. He didn't charge us for his time. I am very impressed by his honesty and his skills.
