"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

"The technician confirmed that the geothermal was not working correctly. There was one part which prevented the compressor from switching from cooling mode to heating mode, meaning I had been cooling my house with the geothermal while heating it with the electric, causing my electric bill to skyrocket. He replaced this component and another component that he said was close to failure. It took him longer than I expected to find and fix the issue, but I'm not in a position to complain, as I am no expert, and he did fix a huge problem. The technician was courteous and did not leave a mess. I asked several questions pertaining to my system and he seemed very knowledgeable."

"The basement remodeling project went much slower than promised, and resulted in multiple change orders for the original scope of work to be delivered, due to missing items in the original estimate. Project was scheduled for 6 weeks, but took 6 months. Quality issues during construction were associated with drywall and carpeting. Drywall issues were fixed prior to project closeout, carpeting installation issues were not corrected. Remediation work was satisfactory. We discovered a leak in our sump line, which they repaired and applied spray on affected framing. We also had an issue with our previously installed ejector pump failing. They did a good job cleaning up the damaged carpeting, trim and drywall with minimal damage. We did not re-engage them for the finish repairs after the remediation."
