I also furnish proof of licenses, insurances, and education upon request. \n\nAt this time, my company is new and I am currently only servicing residential customers and commercial customers with light commercial repairs (lighting, switches, outlets, power loss). We proudly provide free estimates for all projects, offer 24/7 Emergency Service, and offer a Warranty on all work.

"Fantastic experience, I would highly recommend that if you are using anyone else for your hot tub service that you stop immediately  and call Joe.  He was on-time, and did a great job on servicing the hot tub.  I already had it drained for him, but he would of done that of course.  He went through and checked everything thoroughly and when he was done, he had the tub and my cover for it all cleaned up and looking like new.   Super polite man and did an amazing job all around.  I had a problem with my fuse box when I turned the tub back on for him, and he even assisted with that.  Although i was home, he did state that i did not need to be home as long as he could access the tub, which I also really appreciate.  He gave me a quick lesson on chemicals and even made out a list with directions to follow in the future.  He clearly knows his stuff and I will certainly call on him in the future.

"Jake does an excellent job and his pricing is outstanding. We have had his company for several projects and each and every one is done above and beyond. They are the nicest people and very ethical and honest. We will continue to use Jake and his crew whenever we have any project to complete. Jake designed the finishing of our skylight and we love it"

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Roanoke, IN

There are several telltale signs that your home is due for an electrical upgrade. You may need to rewire your house if your lights are constantly flickering or your circuit breaker keeps tripping. If you feel mild electric shocks when you touch light switches, hear buzzing sounds, or notice burning smells, you may need to rewire your house, too. Discolored or burnt-looking switches and faceplates are another crucial warning sign.

Properly installed copper wiring in a residential property can last as long as 50 to 100 years in some cases, but many homes over 30 years old are due for an upgrade. That’s the timeline that many experts recommend, even if it is only a partial update to accommodate technological advancements, increased power demands, and changing safety requirements.

At $3 to $5 per square foot, the cost to wire a 2,000-square-foot house ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, on average. This can depend on many factors, like the age and complexity of the house and how easy it is for contractors to access the areas they need to get the job done. Opening and repairing walls can further add to your total cost.
