Phil an Ashley listened to our ideas and offered a few ideas on different approaches, most of which we readily agreed to. "Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

"Ted and his coworker were amazing!! They were able to work with our schedule around the holiday's and were always on-time. They were able to demo our bathroom in a day (removal of closet, jetted tub and single sink vanity). They were tidy and made sure to keep dirt and dust off our carpets and newly installed hardwood floors. They were priced lower than the other two estimates and didn't attempt to sell us anything we really didn't need. Would absolutely hire again for any future needs!"

"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work. You won’t be disappointed."

"Superb from start to finish. I am an amateur DYI’r and had pulled up much of the previous flooring myself. When taking quotes from several companies, Wuality Rennovation were in line with others in terms of fees. What set them apart was Isaac listening to me, not talking down to me, demonstrating that he knew “I knew” something about what needed to be done. The others treated me like they were the experts and I knew nothing even though I spent the past month pulling up engineered hard wood floors and tiles. Issac also didn’t try to exclude things. He then staffed it with one of the most skilled, nicest, and artisan tile installers, Rubin. Rubin spent quality time on each and ever tile making certain there were no air pockets, that it was level, and that the design was both with integrity but also visually appealing (he took the time to show me the different ways it could be laid, talked to me about manufacturer recommendations). Rubin worked long hours including Saturdays to get it done for me and thought about things like getting the laundry room done asap so I could also run my household during the project. It’s always a good idea to take multiple quotes for any major renovations. You will find their pricing competitive or even lower if you ask if there are exclusions but more importantly you will get people who listen, take the time to understand, show up each and ever day and do the highest quality work. I told Issac at the end I would willingly pay more than the quoted price if I had extra budget, they are no joke that good. I don’t ever leave reviews but felt so strongly about writing this one. I am happy to be a reference for anyone looking to hire QUALITY Innovations!"

"Master Craft rep. came to visit my home and look at the shower. He was very honest and recommended me doing some things to help clean up my shower and save myself a lot of money. My shower just needs some cosmetic things taken care of, and he let me know what I can do to get the job done and not have to replace or re install a new shower. He was very honest, and I'll definitely hire the company in the future if I have the need. I highly recommend Master Craft for an honest , truthful company."

"I paid less than half of a bid I got from a company with lots of people and lots of overhead. And I am confident that my project was of comparable quality. Removed tub and put in a high-quality walk-in shower- ½” cultured marble wall panels, custom-made shelf, solid cultured marble drain pan with texture to prevent slipping, grab bars, high-quality double-sliding glass doors. I wish the project had taken three days instead of four but that is my only complaint. Jay and his assistant did a good job. He had some good money-saving suggestions and was easy to work with. He matched the swirls on the wall panels (including the indented shelf!) and made the shower walls flow together. Great job!"
