After struggling with another pool repair/maintenance company for a little over 3 years, I made the best decision when I called R-Tech to replace the other company. R-Tech has been able to repair the damages done by the other company, and has been keeping my pool, crystal clear, in tip top shape for the past 7 months now. They aim for the highest customer satisfaction, they’re not happy until the customer is happy. That’s been my experience so far. They’re honest and efficient. They quoted me one monthly maintenance fee, and that’s that, unlike my previous pool service. Most recently, I reported some of the jets were not working properly, Rick came in person, and made sure to get everything working like they should. The entire staff is amazing.
