He came out the same week to inspect my roof, gave me an estimate that I could live with and a timeline to start and complete the project. He walked me thru each step, helped me picked out the shingles. His crew started early in the morning and they were finished by 1 pm. They cleaned up all material and left the yard the way they found it - cleaned. Because I did specify the color of the material over the dormer, he followed up and indicated they could change it if I didn't like it. Within a couple of days, it was changed to the color I picked out. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, great customer service, quality of work, and follow-up."
