"A+ Landscaping did an absolutely outstanding job designing and constructing a new patio for us. When originally built, our house had a 10'x12' concrete pad that was not very functional. We wanted a new and larger patio that would be conducive to outdoor entertaining and also be very attractive, while also complying with local stormwater management ordinances. Marcus came out to our house, sketched out a design, and gave us some great ideas. When completed, the patio was about 450 square feet, with Techo Bloc permeable pavers, sitting walls, pillars, and and low voltage lights on a timer. ([*** Link removed ***] This was not an easy project, as the local Township stormwater management regulations required careful planning, extensive excavation, and an infiltration bed to be installed underneath the patio. In addition to the patio, A+ Landscaping also installed some river rock in an area where grass doesn't grow well, three large stepping stones, new mulch beds and plantings along one side of the patio as well as along one side of the house, and also installed three pop-up rain spouts in the yard. They started the project when promised and worked straight through until completed four days later. They also reseeded areas that were excavated. I am biased, but I believe we have the nicest patio of the more than eighty homes in our community! We spent about $17,000 for everything, but that included the patio and landscaping work. It was well worth the investment."

"It went well with J & J Asphalt. They were able to come out middle of May and take care of it. They did a good job. There was an additional charge because our driveway was bigger than what was on the big deal. I think the $89 was for up to 600 square feet and we were over that so we ended up paying additional $40. They kept me updated, I got a call from them when I initially signed up saying that they wanted to let me know that they would be out but because of the weather they're behind so they would let me know when it got closer to and it looked like they were able to do it. When I did call them to ask them more specifically about timing because we were getting new garage doors and I had explained to them I wanted to have it done before we got them so that if we have rain like the next day or something, it didn't splash upon the garage door. He assured me that he will make sure of that and he did. The pricing was great. I wasn't around when they came, they said they would come out that day and they were there but I wasn't waiting for them."
