"Ryon was extremely helpful and professional. I needed stucco repair done within a few weeks and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Kasters Exteriors to anyone who needs any type of work done on their home and feel confident the work will be done and look great."

"J&E Masonry completed a stone wall repair as well as a small concrete entrance repair for me, both with outstanding effort in all aspects related. Time to come out after initial contact, view desired work and provide an estimate was remarkable. Start dates were provided and time frames for completion maintained. Work was meticulous and cleanup exceptional. Thank you Edgar and Micheal-recommend without reservation."

"They are small family owned business who have pride in their work. They dot every job and and install as if it being done in their own home."

"Mason replaced the stucco on all of the trim that had faded on our house. He went above and beyond getting the color right, protecting our plants and doing a clean job!!"

"Chris is always prompt, professional, and friendly. He helped us out of a really difficult situation last year with our chimney and this year, at our new house, completed a repoint and cap crown to help us firm up the roof. Would absolutely hire again. A pleasure to work with."

"My initial contact was with Mark in late August or early September. We had arranged to meet and discuss the work that I wanted performed (pointing up the mortar on the brick chimney and under the windows on the front of the house). There were scheduling problems (for both parties) after one or two attempts and I was later contacted by Josh, who finally came out to my house in mid September to look at the job. I was impressed with Josh's knowledge, enthusiasm, and answers to my questions.
After discussing the scope of work to be performed, Josh assured me that someone would get back to me within a week with an estimate so we could schedule the job over the winter months. After a week went by, I called to see of they were working on an estimate and was assured that they "hadn't forgotten about me". After another 2 or 3 weeks, I called both Mark and Josh and left a message to see what was up as far as the estimate and scheduling.
It is now the second week in December and still I've heard nothing. I like these guys and I would like to have them perform the work, but at this point, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't want to do the work because it is not a big job. If that is the case, it would help if they would just tell me so. I hate to look elsewhere, but communication is an issue here so I may have to give up on these guys. Too bad.
I rated them as a "C" overall, with a "D" for responsiveness (or lack thereof) offset by a "B" in punctuality and professionalism
for the time when Josh did show up.

"Mr. Jan was efficient, courteous, and very professional."

"Responded quickly and gave estimate quickly. Started work when they said they would and done in time. Pleasure to do business with. We will definatley use them again for future projects."

"The work was great, they did a good job and we were very happy, satisfied with the result. We would definitely hire them again for future projects."

"I did have one problem. At first the installer did not leave the "stoper" on the arm. And when he did come back I found that the stopper isn't the correct size and doesn't work. I didn't pursue it any further since it did take several calls to get the wrok finished. Other than that the door is great"
