"Customer service was very professional and helpful. I will definitely have them back for more work."

"They advice, and had all our questions answered on sensible and affordable options. Very knowledgeable, prompt, polite, efficient, and thorough team! We are happy with their waterproofing services in our basement (fast sump pump and a grate trench with a discharge line that goes 15 feet to the outside bubbler) as well as crawl space shield installed under our addition. It works well, and Pioneer checked a month later and a year after for inspection and cleaning. A+ work and workers."

"The tech showed up on time. I just thought the price was high just to do a diagnostics only he didn?t seem fully qualified on well pumps."

"Mark was both friendly and professional. He explained the issue, the solve, and a few different options, depending on how involved I wanted to make a repair. When the job was finished, he cleaned the area, and on his way out, without me asking, even fixed a loose screw on my front steps! What a great guy! Highly recommend."

"I am so lucky to have found Jim. My rented-out property developed a leak from a worn out drain in the upstairs bathtub that damaged the ceiling of the dining room below. Jim got there promptly and provided invaluable advice in obtaining a separate construction contractor (to repair the ceiling) and working with the insurer and adjuster to ensure that all parties were in agreement with the work that was needed and the costs that would be incurred. He was patient with the insurance company and then completed the work perfectly, timely, and safely so that the Tenant was able to remain in the residence at all times. Jim had to deal with various job difficulties such as one occasioned by the fact that the tub was about 60 years old and therefore its replacement necessitated installation of a different size tub (they don't make tubs in the old size anymore) and re-setting of pipes to enable the new tub to work."

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"Our sump pump broke down and they were here within an hour! Highly highly recommended!"

"George is very efficient and affordable. He is prompt and gets the project completed in the estimated time. I would use his services again for any plumbing issues."

"1. Initial priice indication of $1,100 was increased to $3,800-$5,000 shortly thereafter. 2. Indicated that tank still had considerable oil (40 gallons) 3. Had tank removed by another company for $1,100 and no oil was in tank except for sludge."

"Carlos was absolutely top notch!!! I received a call from Carlos within minutes after submitting a service request thru ServiceMagic. I was able to make an appointment for him to come in the afternoon the same day. He was right on time, and he was friendly, professional and very courteous. He put slippers on over his shoes when he came into the house. He diagonosed the problem thoroughly and performed the repair. This is the BEST service I have ever experienced!! I am absolutetly recommending "First Choice Plumbing & Heating" to all my friends and family in the area."
