Called for a quote day after 4th of July and he came out 2 hours later, communication was outstanding. Completed our concrete patio the following Tuesday which exceeded our expectations. He and his team were very professional, exceptional quality work, was able to make unforseen adjustments ( ran into a buried tree stump and had someone out within 30 minutes to grind it down), lawn and driveway protected, clean up was amazing. I would not hesitate to hire Ramirez Construction in the future or recommend to family and friends."

We had three separate areas leveled (The two driveway areas previously had water pooling near the foundation of the garage and home every time it rained. The A/C unit was not leveled when we moved in this past winter). The gentleman who came out to do our quote was professional and understanding in practicing social distancing with the Covid situation. "All work was done and looks great. Michael and team were able to cut out the old heaved garage floor, create a new base, re-pour and add controlled cuts to alleviate future uncontrolled cracking. The crumbling front porch was taken out, and a new porch and poured steps were installed. When the team found that the foundation did not need to be redone a reduction in the quoted price was given. Great team that went above and beyond. I would definitely hire again for future concrete work."
