"They were punctual and each crew took care in their job. There were 3 crews: roof, trim & gutters. Full roof replacement with underlayment replaced, 2 new skylights, new trim, fascia, soffit and gutters. Each crew cleaned up nicely and the roof crew used a magnetic tool to collect any stray nails on the ground. Total time 3 days. Prior to install they were great communicators, called to confirm every appointment. And best is if you call them with a question you get a person! Not just a person but a considerate person. Only had the roof a few days now, but today was the first heavy rainfall and guess what? No leaks! Highly recommend them for a roof replacement. They were more costly than others we interviewed, BUT they had better products, offered more for air flow and overall had the best presentation and left the best printed brochures. Again, highly recommend. If there are any future leaks I'll update this but today was a good test. I'm no longer fearful for any sorts to come."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. "The team that executed the project was punctual and knowledgeable and they mostly stick to what the sales guy has promised. However, there was one last-minute change: they claimed it would take too long to remove the siding and apply the dense-pack insulation on second floor walls from the outside, making it impossible to finish the project in just one day. The alternative was to drill holes from the inside to apply the insulation, which I approved. They cover the holes when the finished, but it didn't look good (see the picture I attached). They run a blower door test before and the result was 4,175 cfm50. After the finishing, they did the test again and the result was 2,850 cfm50 (31.7% of improvement). They applied with Consumer's Energy and DTE for rebates and I could get back a significant amount of what I invested on this project."

"Called and spoke to Lee regarding chimneys at a home I just purchased. Never having a chimney, I didn't even know where to start. He came out promptly, assessed the situation and provided feedback on what needed to be done to make them functional. He quoted a fair price for the materials and labor involved, and promptly got to work. He did a great job and the new chimney cap looks great and should last a lifetime. In addition to the predefined work, he added on additional items at no charge (sealing loose flashings on front chimney and providing a log holder for the fireplace).
Lee is great, and I will keep him in mind for maintenance and cleaning in the future.

"Contacted Weatherstone Inspections for a home inspection on a property with very little time left. Alice at Weatherstone made sure to fit me in before my deadline and was tremendously pleasant and helpful while answering my questions. The inspectors name was Zach who was a very friendly and very knowledgeable young man who offered his helpful thoughts on repairs while performing an extremely thorough inspection. Three and a half hours later, with 99 pictures of the property taken, the inspection was complete. Very satisfied customer, would definitely recommend."
