I do not see this attention to detail in other new roofs being installed in my neighborhood. I was careful in my selection of Ridgecon as I had 11 proposals, all from highly recommended companies. "I called at 10am and they were able to fit me in that morning because they were in the area. Lee cleaned out the fireplace, while Kevin installed caps on the roof over the chimney and furnace vents. Lee removed TWENTY dead birds, nesting materials, and other debris. He said the fireplace is in great shape; Kevin said the chimneys looked good, but warned of a tree that's very close to the vent which can affect draft. They helped me find the on/off valve for the gas (we are new to this house so did not know where it was). Lee left the family room spotless and both he and Kevin were very knowledgeable and professional about everything. I would definitely recommend them for all chimney needs.
