"Pro was completely efficient, attention to detail &wanted to do the job right. Was masterful when working with tools with safety in mind. Was not content until the product was right and beautiful. I would recommend him for any floor laying project. Hands down."

"Full basement finishing. Work included framing, drywall, painting, trim and cabinet install, and floor tiles. He also hung all doors and installed one egress window."

"I rated the customer service lower only because my toilet started leaking into my lower level and I placed claim and was supposed to hear from them within three days and we are going on 6. Loved my sales person - he really cared. AND the installation teams were phenomenal! I would direct high them again. Quality flooring work. Just concerned Empire wanted my money upfront before job is done- but expect me to hang out to dry waiting for reimbursement for plumbing and possible damage to my ceiling. Wish they would just work with plumbers or plumbers apprentice to correctly reseat toilet with a spacer. . Not equitable, not right, not good business practice. Please note- I do absolutely love my floors. They are beautiful!"

"Yes! Matt is a wonderful person and he fixed our broken vinyl tiles in our kitchen. It looked as new as now. He was so punctual on his time. He did an excellent job."

"Jesse did a nice job on installing the floor trim in 3 bedrooms, living room and hallway, and repair on a door. He was very thorough and did quality work and knows a lot about his job. He was on time and worked in a timely manner cleaned up after he was done. He is nice and professional and I would hire him again. Thanks!"

"Juan and his crew were top notch at getting our fence installed and putting the deck on the above ground level kitchen opening. He gave us options for material and price range so we could make a firm budget for the installation. He stuck to the dates given to complete the job ( weather permitting) and worked around material deliveries. We are more than satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone."

"We were getting a new furnace installed by a different
company. The furnace installer brought in this company to do the full removal
of our old furnace and the asbestos.
The price in removal was included in with our install, so I
do not have an exact cost. Plus I don't think that really matters when you are
talking about your health and family?s health. The two men that came in to do
the job were friendly, quick and careful. They laid down fabric to protect our
floors and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly
recommend them to another homeowner.

"Joseph helped with taking measurements of the window that needed to be replaced. Recommended type of window, ordered and installed in a timely matter. I love my new window."

"The whole process went smoothly. Product was available within estimate dates. Scheduling occurred per our needs. The removal of exiting tub/shower and installation of new shower was completed in one day. Shower looks great. Everyone involved was extremely friendly. Installation team installed all accessories after consulting with us on locations. Great Job all around. We are now engaged with the company to replace our upper floor windows later this year."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"
