"Ron was awesome! He came, looked at the non-functioning knob and figured out very quickly that the problem was from a very small piece that somehow was broken. He didn't have the part, but he knew where he could get it for MUCH cheaper than ordering it new (saving me a bundle). Since he had to go to a local place to find the part, he left and promised to come back to fix the stove as soon as possible. He called the next day to try to finish the job, but I wasn't home.
