"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

Hello everyone I'm Nick, Im a 37 yr old with 20+ years of working with my hands on all sorts of jobs. From framing houses in my younger days to running small crews doing HVAC. I've also done full hard scapes both installing and repairing/ reviving along with your normal small home repairs. I'm very knowledgeable and take pride in my work. I have most tools to do any job but depending on the job I may have to rent or purchase that tool required to complete the job. I am goal oriented and focused at doing the job right the first time. I have a sharp eye for detail and am not a lipstick artist if you know what I mean. The job will be completed correctly. If you hire me you can be certain to be treated with respect and honesty throughout the process along with a fair cost for the job. \n\nThank you for the opportunity and I look forward to hearing from you.

"Tanner was reliable, knowledgeable, thorough and tenacious. My wall ovens were not functioning, and I was expecting a crowd for Thanksgiving. In this day and age just ordering parts can take a lifetime. It is an understatement to say I was a trifle worried. From the moment he arrived (on time), my anxiety began to dissipate. There are so many things to check with computer run modern appliances! Tanner would make a good detective, and he never gave up. Bottom line: My ovens are working again!!! Fun fact: Tanner likes chocolate chip cookies."

"We were very pleased with the service. D&D responded very promptly to our initial call for service and managed to obtain a new part in a matter of a couple of days. This allowed us to have a fully functioning kitchen again in a timely fashion which was important since we had guests coming to stay. Dan, who provided the service, was very pleasant to deal with and the service charge, most of which was the cost of the new part, was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending D&D for appliance service.

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
