"From the start Roman was a pleasure to work with, he came out gave an estimate including that there may be additional plywood that needed to be replaced after walking the old roof (this wasn't a shock to me) The work was scheduled and the workers arrived early, did the complete job in one day and cleaned up the work area so you'd never know they were there. I had a minor problem with the boot on one vent pipe and Roman had someone out the next day to replace it. Roof looks fantastic, was the price quoted, pleasant people to work with and a functional roof you can have faith in as they stand by their work 100%. I would trust this business to provide quality work at a fair price all the time. They will have my return business and high recommendation!"

"Guerrero management team explained our roofing issues from the beginning to the end. Guerrero Roofing company will be fixing my friends and neighbors' roofs from now on. Very thorough and meticulous. They repaired my metal roof nd upgraded a part of my metal roof for a reasonable price."

"Scott did an outstanding job on the roof of the garage/and back half of the house. They installed and repaired gutters. Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar. We would highly recommend them for any of your home repair needs."

"The initial call to this company was answered promptly and a representative came to give an estimate. The original proposal said that work would begin the week of July 13. On July 28th, a crew swarmed my home. They placed plastic tarps over my boxwood hedges, which, by the end of the hot day, burned the tops and turned them totally brown. They also broke the top off of my favorite vintage Chicago Peace rose bush, which has bloomed in front of my house for years before I bought it in 1999. They left in their wake my gutters, haphazardly reattached, leaking, filled with water and discarded water bottles, nails and asphalt debris from the old roof. In addition, they removed, without my authorization, a portion of gutter downspout that was routed through the gambrel roof and roofed over on the front while leaving a hole in the back. Since they left, I have had to pick up bags of lunch garbage and water bottles left on both my neighbor's and my property and in the street, as well as chicken wing bones, cheese, cigarette packs and butts, nails, large chunks of old asphalt singles and other debris. Our contract stated that a new gutter would be placed on our garage, but that did not happen until August 8th, after several phone calls. At that time, the gutters on the house were supposedly cleaned, repaired and reattached. I asked the contractor that day to please replace the downspout that was removed and covered over and was told with a wink that "I've been doing this for 30 years" and that my husband had told him it was OK to do what he did. My husband has subsequently told me that he did not give his authorization to do so. I asked the contractor that he at least cover the hole left on the back side of the gambrel roof so that animals and insects could not get in there and he said that he would do it, but he didn't. I can only imply that he said that to appease "the little woman," not knowing that "the little woman" was the one who wrote the check. You can be certain that "the little woman" will not be writing a check to this company in the foreseeable future. As a postscript, I owned a small cottage on Seneca Lake which needed a new roof. I called this company for help and was told that someone would come to give me a quote, but it never happened. Guess it wasn't a big enough job to bother with."

"Everything went mostly as expected with our roof replacement. 20 sections of plywood sheathing and some rafters were replaced beyond the original estimate but we were told that might need to happen, and the extra cost was specified beforehand. Project was completed in one day despite the extra work. Accidental damage was repaired promptly with care by skilled tradesperson with knowledge on how to do the specific repair. March 24, 2023."

"Our patio roof was near collapsing. Sunset Roofing repaired the supports and roof and installed a new roof on the garage and patio as well as flashing around the fireplace roof. The workmanship was very high quality and the staff were very hard working."

"It was Saturday night when I heard a strange noise outside. I went to see what it might be when I noticed several shingles tore off the roof. I immediately came inside and started searching the web for suppliers who would be open on Sunday. That’s when I came across Buffalo's Best Roofing. Buffalo’s Best Roofing was open on Sunday and able to supply me with the shingles I needed to repair the roof. I will definitely use Buffalo Best Roofing for any projects I have going forward. The concern they showed about my issue and, the professionalism of the people I spoke with sold me."

"Because of the hail storm our roof needed new shingles. We had the good fortune to be introduce to Matt and Tall Pines Roofing. With the help of Matt, the process with the insurance company and the insulation of new shingles was made (for our part)stress free. In one day our old shingles removed and new high quality shingles were installed by a professional and dedicated crew who worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Leaving the premises and grounds as clean as when they arrived. I am very happy with the new look of our roof and would highly recommend contracting Tall Pines Roofing your shingles for a new roof or replacing old existing shingles."

"Amazing company. I recommend this company to do any home improvement job you want . The crew was very efficient and they installed a new roof in ONE DAY. And they cleaned up everything Simply amazing company and very reasonable for the cost of complete tear off... Steve the owner was easy to work with and he explained everything in detail. My husband passed away and I did not feel taken advantage of as Steve was very honest. Kudos to his crew. .."
