"I called for the first time on the day of a snow storm.  The owner said that she could plow my driveway that afternoon, and the service was provided as promised. (I had called two other plow services who told me that they were only able to service their customers with contracts on this day). My driveway is narrow, and care was clearly taken not to damage the lawn.  I appreciated this since the last plow service I used was really reckless. The following day, after street plows added more snow, I found that the end of the driveway was plowed too narrowly for me to easily get out. I left a message for the owner, and when I came home later that day, the driveway was plowed again just as I had requested.  This for me is another instance in which calling a business rated highly on Angie's list proved to be so worthwhile. <br />"
