He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley. He took detailed pictures that showed the repairs so you can see exactly what was done. He arrived quickly and completed the repairs in a short period of time. His work is high quality."

Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months.
