"This wasn't an emergency since both sinks would drain after a few minutes. Company answered on the first call, provided rates, and were able to have someone out the next day. Tech showed up on time, was courteous, and finished both drains in about an hour. Sinks drain great now. Would recommend. Petersen will be my first call for plumbing needs."

"In 2017, the water table under our house increased. Our finished basement flooded. I contacted several places, most were unresponsive or had a big sales pitches but couldn't get to it for months. Then Absolutely Dry Basement and Waterproofing called back. They told me what needed to be done and I said go. They put in new drain tile throughout the basement and a sump pump. The price was reasonable. I waited for big rains before posting this review. We had several this year and my basement is absolutely dry. Outstanding company."

The man that performed the work was great as well, he explained the work again and was done on time. The job came in well under budget, and we honestly wouldn't have known, they could have charged us the full amount but didn't. One note: This job was to address water seeping in through a crack in the basement and we haven't had much precipitation since the job has been done. "I called Wirth and made an appointment for the next day to have someone look at my water softener. It would run, but it wasn't softening the water. Wirth arrived on time. They were able to fix the problem (cleaned the lines and replaced a few parts) and did not try to sell me a new water softener. I have used them several times and would recommend them to anyone."
